The committee includes two bankers, CPA, mayor, city councilman, two former state legislators, OCAD director and associate director, county supervisor, school superintendent, relator, and retired educator. Funding for the Facility OCAD and City of Oelwein: Land Donation: $80,000 Northeast Iowa Charitable Trust: Grant: $500,000 Community Development Block Grant: $300,000 Senator Harkin School Construction: Grant: $128,212 USDA Loan: $400,000 City of Oelwein: Donation: $275,000 Funding for Planning and Equipment Senator Harkin: $99,800 Senator Grassley: 92,000 |
